Foster homes are always needed! If you cannot adopt at this time, please consider foster care. Our pugs need to be in home situations before they go to their forever homes.

Sherman is a 6 year old sweety.

A lifelong bout with chronic dry eye has left him with eyesight that is not the best. He sees just fine but has a harder time in the dark. Because of his dry eye he requires special ointment twice daily at an approximate cost of 40.00 per month.

UPDATE!!

We JUST found out that poor Sherman needs knee surgery. The vet wants to do it ASAP. The vet says Sherman has had problems with the knee for some time, and he needs surgery to get him out of pain.

Sherman won't be ready for adoption until his knee heals, in about 5-6 weeks, but then he'll be rarin' to go.

Meet Killer!

This 10-year-old rat terrier came from an abandoned home. He was sick due to very bad teeth when he first came into rescue, but he's a spitfire now.

He's 10 lbs of nothing, and will make someone a loveable feisty companion.

He now has no teeth any more, so has to be on a special diet.

Meet Abercrombie!

He is an energetic 11-year-old gentleman. He's not sure why he is in rescue, but a sweetie none the less!

He would love a lap to call his own to cuddle on, and a soft voice telling him everything will be OK.

He could stand to lose a few pounds, but is healthy otherwise.

Bethel is waiting for you!

Bethel actually came to us from Bethel Alaska. She's a loving, playful girl looking for her forever home. She is a climber, and can get over fences most other dogs just stare at, so she'll need to be watched carefully in her new home.

Do you want a walking and running companion who can keep up with all your outdoor activities? Bethel is the one!

Are you ready for Rumble?

Rumble is a happy-go-lucky 7-year-old puggle. He is currently being treated for an ear infection, but as soon as that has cleared up some he'll be ready to go!

He is a well-mannered boy with quite a bit of training. And look at his gorgeous wrinkled face!

Toby is adopted!

Meet Jack!

Jack is one of the sweetest, friendliest Jack Russell Terriers we've ever met! (and Vicky owns a couple!)

Unfortunately Jack has epilepsy. Although it is under control with medication, he will need bi-annual vet visits to double-check the dosage he receives.

Other than that he is healthy and waiting for a family that would love to play ball or tug-o-war with him.
